A2: First, please check if the spring is still under the filter.
Second, please check if the filter element is completely wet.

A4: Yes, the water droplets at the mist outlet will affect the use of the humidifier. Please check whether the humidifier uses tap water. It is recommended to use tap water, not recommended to use mineral water and distilled water.
