This particular model holds 30 cups and has a wood grain accented body. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A WARMER ONLY, NOT A COOKER!! After cooking the rice, transfer the rice into this rice warmer to keep it warm. The electric rice warmer is constructed with a scratch and dent resistant high impact exterior. Inner pot is made out of Aluminum with Teflon nonstick coating, which prevent from rice sticking onto the pot. It automatically set temperatures at 72°C (+/- 2.5°C) or 161.6°F (+/- 36.5°F). It is perfect for restaurant, deli, banquet, catering event, dining room, brunch, party, wedding, cafeteria, buffet and food counter! This 100 watt soup kettle uses standard 110~120 volt outlets.
